Elysa, a pharmacy student and member of LCBNano, presented her undergraduate thesis titled "Preparation and characterization of pequi oil-based nanoemulsion gel for the treatment of cutaneous wounds". The research highlights the importance of natural and innovative compounds in wound treatment and identifies the pequi oil-based nanoemulsion gel as a promising option.
